Terms & Conditions
General rules for using this website and requesting or purchasing vehicles, machinery, parts, and related services.
1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Product purchases are governed by the final written quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, technical specification, warranty, and agreed Incoterm. Those documents take priority if they differ from general website information.
2. Website information
We work to keep descriptions and images accurate, but website content is general information and not a binding offer. Specifications, appearance, availability, origin, model year, and included equipment must be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
3. Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid only for its stated period and conditions. An order is accepted after required specifications, destination compliance responsibilities, price, payment, delivery terms, and documents are confirmed and any required deposit or payment is received.
4. Prices, payment, taxes, and fees
Prices use the currency and trade term shown in the quotation. Unless expressly included, prices exclude destination duties, taxes, bank charges, registration, permits, storage, demurrage, and local services. Payment must be made through the agreed account and schedule; verify any account-change request through an independent known contact.
5. Product selection and destination compliance
The buyer must provide accurate use, load, environment, fuel or power, destination, registration, emissions, safety, and certification requirements. We will support selection and documentation, but final import, registration, licensing, and permitted-use decisions are made by the destination authorities.
6. Changes and cancellation
Changes require written approval and may affect price and schedule. Cancellation of sourced, customized, produced, inspected, documented, or dispatched goods may be refused or subject to non-recoverable costs.
7. Delivery, risk, and title
The agreed Incoterm and named place define delivery obligations and transfer of risk. Title may remain with the seller until cleared payment is received where permitted by law and the contract. Estimated dates are not guaranteed where delays arise outside reasonable control.
8. Inspection and claims
The buyer should inspect specifications before shipment when an inspection right is agreed and inspect cargo promptly on delivery. Visible shipping damage, shortage, or incorrect goods should be documented and reported within 48 hours. Warranty claims require reasonable evidence and must follow the applicable warranty procedure.
9. Warranty and maintenance
Warranty coverage is product-specific and stated in the sales documents. Normal wear, consumables, misuse, overload, poor maintenance, unsuitable fuel or fluids, accidents, unauthorized repair, and modification are normally excluded. Operators must follow manuals, safety rules, and service schedules.
10. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the product-specific sales contract.
11. Permitted website use
You may use the site for lawful business information and enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another party, submit unlawful content, or misuse product information.
12. Intellectual property
Website text, design, logos, graphics, photographs, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. They may not be republished, sold, or used to misrepresent a relationship without written permission.
13. Liability and force majeure
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and any product-related liability is limited as stated in the signed contract. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, subject to prompt notice and reasonable mitigation.
14. Governing terms and disputes
The governing law, forum, arbitration arrangement, and controlling language for a sale are those stated in the signed contract. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith commercial resolution.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the Contact Us page or sent to aa3389620060@gmail.com.
This general website policy does not replace a signed quotation or sales contract. Product-specific specifications, warranty, Incoterms, and applicable mandatory law prevail.
