Shipping Policy
How orders are prepared, dispatched, documented, tracked, cleared, and delivered worldwide.
1. Order confirmation and processing
Shipping begins after the product specification, destination, trade term, payment milestone, and required documents are confirmed in writing. Standard stocked parts are generally prepared within 3–7 business days. Vehicles, machinery, custom bodies, and special attachments follow the production or preparation schedule stated in the quotation or contract.
2. Delivery estimates
Any dispatch or transit date is an estimate until confirmed by the carrier. Availability, production, inspection, vessel schedules, route changes, weather, port congestion, customs, and force-majeure events can affect timing. We will communicate material changes known to us.
3. Shipping methods
Depending on cargo and destination, orders may move by courier, air freight, road, rail, container, flat rack, roll-on/roll-off, or bulk vessel. The agreed Incoterm and named place or port—such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, or another written term—define the allocation of cost and risk.
4. Freight charges
Freight is quoted for the confirmed cargo dimensions, weight, route, and validity period. Carrier surcharges, storage, demurrage, inspection, destination handling, duties, and taxes are excluded unless the written quotation expressly includes them.
5. Export and shipping documents
We provide the documents listed in the confirmed contract, which may include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, inspection record, and available factory or compliance documents. Destination registration and import requirements must be confirmed before shipment.
6. Customs, duties, and import responsibility
Unless a written delivered-duty term states otherwise, the buyer or consignee is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local inspections, registration, and destination charges. Delays caused by missing buyer information or local approval are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Tracking and delivery
Tracking or shipment-reference information is provided when available. Heavy equipment and sea freight may be tracked by booking, container, bill-of-lading, or vessel details rather than parcel tracking. The consignee must be available to receive and inspect the cargo.
8. Inspection, damage, and claims
Check packaging, seals, quantities, serial numbers, and visible condition at delivery. Record damage on the carrier receipt and notify us within 48 hours with photographs, video, and transport documents. Keep all packaging and do not repair, install, or dispose of affected goods until instructions are provided.
9. Address or consignee changes
Request changes before dispatch. Once documents are issued or cargo is handed to a carrier, changes may be unavailable or subject to carrier, customs, storage, and documentation fees.
10. Contact
For a destination-specific shipping plan, contact us with the product, quantity, destination country and city, nearest port, and required delivery date.
This general website policy does not replace a signed quotation or sales contract. Product-specific specifications, warranty, Incoterms, and applicable mandatory law prevail.
